On Thursday 21st November the winners of the 2024 TIARA Recruitment Awards ANZ were revealed at a gala dinner in Sydney, attended by CEO’s, Marketing Directors, and senior leaders of Australia’s top staffing and recruitment firms.
“One of the most significant changes to this year’s TIARAs campaign has been the introduction of a number of new judges, adding new experience and weight to our already brilliant panel of regular judges. We thank all our judges for their unwavering commitment, dedication and expertise during what is a very rigorous and detailed process,” said Kris Clelland, Managing Director APAC, TALiNT Partners.
Samantha Miklos, CEO of Cornerstone Medical Recruitment was awarded the TargetRecruit Recruitment Leader of the Year award. Judges praised Sam for her pioneering initiatives that have driven outstanding growth, innovation, and positive social impact within the recruitment industry, particularly in healthcare.
In what has been a challenging year for the sector, the range of finalists was more varied than ever, and the quality of entries continues to improve each year.
The 2024 campaign was supported by Applyflow, Bullhorn, People 2.0, RecruitOnline, TargetRecruit, WorkPro and Xeople.
