- 16 crowned winners with 8 highly commended finalists
Thursday 25th November 2021 – The winners of the TIARA Recruitment Awards ANZ 2021 were revealed in a glittering virtual ceremony attended by CEOs, senior leaders and their teams from Australia and New Zealand’s leading Recruitment Agencies and Talent Solution firms.
“All of the finalists shortlisted for the TIARA Recruitment Awards ANZ are an inspiration to the sector, demonstrating amazing drive and agility through another challenging year,” said David Head, Director of TALiNT Partners. “The quality of entries across the board was very high, with the winners’ entries being nothing less than outstanding. It was also heartening to see that through a difficult 18 months, as well as continuing to grow and develop their businesses, the finalists have also done an incredible amount in supporting the communities around them” he added.
PeopleIN and Zeep were both multiple Award winners, each completing the ‘double’. PeopleIN were successful in The Back-Office Team of the Year Award as well as retaining their crown in The Diversity & Inclusion Award. New finalist Zeep were victorious in The Sourcr Candidate Experience Award and The Ayers Group Best Mid-Sized Recruitment Company to Work For.
The final award on the evening was The Entire Software Recruitment Leader of the Year, which was won by Jason Elias from Elias Recruitment. Jason was selected by the judges for his continuous drive for innovation and collaboration, and his outstanding commitment to raising the profile and professionalism of the recruitment industry.
The TIARA 2021 Recruitment Awards ANZ campaign was once again supported by the industry’s leading suppliers, including The Ayers Group, Recruit Wizard, Volcanic, Bullhorn, Entire Software, Vincere, Sourcr, IMS Group, Mercury and DaXtra.
