The TIARA Recruitment Awards open on the 25th May 2023 and close on 7th September 2023.
The deadline for entries is 23:59 on Thursday 7th September 2023.
These Awards are open to staffing agencies operating in Australia or New Zealand.
There is an entry fee of AUD$ 295 per entry which includes anonymised judges’ feedback and the opportunity to discuss this with a senior member of the TALiNT Partners leadership team. This is unique to the TIARAs, providing expert insight to support both business strategy and future awards success.
In total there are 16 award categories available to enter.
You can enter as many categories as you would like but ensure you adapt your entries so that your answers relate specifically to the category title. Our judges review multiple categories so they will be able to tell if you’ve duplicated answers.
Yes, for each question there is a 250-word limit. Testimonials are not included within this limit and can be added in a separate section of the entry form.

Our distinguished judging panel initially scores the entries on Award Force, before the in-person judging day where they discuss and decide on the category winners.
Finalists will be announced on Tuesday 26th September.
Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Thursday 16th November 2023 at The Four Seasons, Sydney.
Senior leaders and CEOs should attend the ceremony, as it is a great opportunity to connect and meet with the sector’s top staffing firms.
