TALiNT Partners has announced the finalists for the TALiNT International Annual Recruitment Awards (TIARAs), which recognise excellence, innovation, and growth with 39 of the best staffing firms in Australia and New Zealand shortlisted in 16 award categories.
“It has been yet another incredibly tough year for recruitment companies across the region, and despite the impact of COVID-19, we have seen outstanding examples of growth, innovation and services delivered,” said David Head, Director, TALiNT Partners. “We are delighted to be welcoming back finalists from 2020, hoping to defend their title, as well as a host of new entrants, keen to make their mark on the Awards” he added.
“It’s great to see the cream of the Australian recruitment industry taking part in the 2021 TIARA Recruitment Awards. Over the last year, the most successful recruitment businesses are those who have thought holistically about their entire recruitment operations, enabling them to achieve a step-change and genuine business transformation” said judge Ross Clennett.
The TIARA 2021 campaign is supported by sponsors including Ayers Group, RecruitWizard, Entire Software, Volcanic, Bullhorn, Vincere, APSCo Australia, DaXtra, Sourcr, IMS Group and Mercury.
The TIARA judging panel is distinguished by some of the industry’s leading executives, NED’s and chairmen, including David Higgins, Katie Folwell Davis and Lesley Horsburgh Managing Director at APSCo Australia. They are joined by prominent Australian industry experts such as Ross Clennett, Mike Beeley, David Carman, Col Levander and Rod Hore.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, TALiNT Partners will deliver the TIARA Recruitment Awards ANZ Ceremony as a virtual event, Thursday 25th November from 4.00pm to 5.00pm AEDT.
